Brilliant customer service, couldn’t fault

I used Williams Garage to service our Citroen C3 today 02/08/24. I've always used the main dealer before but gave them a try and I wasn't disappointed at all. Easy to book, kept updated with reminders. I asked at short notice if they could collect and drop the car off. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional. The car was collected by a very polite driver and returned. Garage told me they would ring if anything needed to be discussed. We had full service and MOT. MOT was nearly half-price with service.
So pleased with the service from Williams that they now will be doing my car every time now. Brilliant customer service, couldn't fault.
