Modern training/meeting/interview facilities are available for hire by the day or week in Otterbourne, Winchester, at Williams Garage.

As well as providing local drivers with quality garage services, we are pleased to be able to offer professional meeting facilities which can be used for training, interviews or meetings to suit your needs. We also have workshop and MOT space available for training within the motor trade, included in the daily rate.

Modern Facilities and Flexible Hours

Our meeting facilities are available to suit your schedule so you don’t have to concern yourself with time restraints and can be hired by the day or by the week (£350 per day / £1,500 per week). All rooms include technical support when using our projectors, and we have a dedicated broadband and wireless connection to facilitate all your video conferencing and training requirements.

Convenient, Cost-Effective Location

Being able to take your meetings and training outside of London to the key personnel who need to attend them provides considerable cost savings for both you and your attendees.

Based in Otterbourne, we are conveniently located only 1¹⁄₂ miles away from Shawford Railway Station just outside Winchester, and only a short taxi ride from Winchester station. Winchester is on a direct rail link from London Waterloo, Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Salisbury and Bournemouth, and Southampton airport is just down the road, a 10-minute taxi ride away for any overseas personnel or clients arriving.

We have ample FREE car parking on site with electric vehicle recharging points available. We are also very pleased to provide, if required, a hot or cold buffet-style lunch with ample tea and coffee to keep you going throughout the day.

Please be advised that our training area is located upstairs and at the moment, we are unable to provide disabled access.
