Interim MAN TGE Service

- Operation and condition of windscreen wipers and washers
- Power steering fluid
- Reset vehicle service light where applicable
- Steering rack gaiters condition
- Timing belt (cambelt) replacement intervals and advise
- Transmission oil leaks
- Tyre condition and tyre depths
- Tyre pressure and adjust
- Visual check of brake pads for wear
- Windscreen additive
Full MAN TGE Service
Service Includes:
- Everything in an Interim Service
- Air filter
- Pollen filter condition and advise if replacement needed (extra cost)
- Windscreen for cracks and chips
- External and internal mirror condition
- Number plate condition
- Seat belt operation
- Radiator and coolant hoses condition and leaks (including header tank)
- Auxiliary drive belts (NOT timing belt) condition and tension
- Fuel system and tank (if visible)
- Brake fluid condition and advise if replacement needed (extra cost)
- Visual check of brake discs for wear
- All visible brake pipes and hoses
- Hand brake operation
- Brake callipers for leaks and security
- Road springs
- Steering/suspension components
- Shock absorber condition
- Wheel bearings
- Exhaust smoke (diesel models only)
- Check drive shaft gaiters for security and report leaks
Major MAN TGE Service
Service Includes:
- Everything in a Full Service
- Air conditioning system operation
- Change spark plugs dependant upon age and mileage (petrol models only, extra cost)
- Clutch operation
- Door, bonnet and lock operation
- Electrical coolant fan (if applicable)
- Fuel filter (if fitted externally, if not replace pollen filter)
- Radiator cap
